FLY2019 Alumni Homecoming Program

Call for Participants Application 

ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator: FLY2019 is calling for application of FLY alumni who want to participate in “FLY2019 Alumni Homecoming Program”, which will be held during FLY2019 in Brunei Darussalam and where the participants will share their filmmaking experiences with others. Any FLY Alumni interested in participating in the program, please see the following guidelines for Participants Application.

○ Program Title: FLY2019 Alumni Homecoming Program

○ Date: November 23 (Sat.) - 25 (Mon.), 2019 (3 Days)

            *Period of FLY2019: November 13 (Wed.) - 26 (Tue.)

○ Venue: Bandar Seri Begawan

○ Hosts: Busan Metropolitan City, Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam

○ Organizers: Busan Film Commission-Busan Asian Film School, Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam,

                       Asian Film Commissions Network

○ Sponsor: ASEAN-ROK Cooperation Fund

○ Programs

     - Round Table “Life After FLY, and ASEAN Film Community”

     - FLY Alumni Night

     - Additional programs of FLY2019 and FLY Filmmaking Workshop Presentation 2019

        (Master Class, Fam Tour, Graduation Screening, Farewell Party, etc.)

2.Schedule

○ Application: August 19 (Mon.) - September 6 (Fri.), 2019

○ Selection Announcement: September 18 (Wed.), 2019

    *Subject to change depending on the organizers’ circumstances

3.Guidelines for Participants Application

○ General Eligibility for Applicants

      - FLY Alumni (from Korea and ASEAN nations only) who can stay in Brunei Darussalam from November 22 (Fri.) to 26 (Tue.)

○  Total number of selected applicants:

   - Alumni with non Bruneian Nationality: up to 10

      - Alumni with Bruneian Nationality: not limited 

○  Method: Submit via email

○ Application Materials:

  - Completed Application Form (attached)

     - A Photocopy of Passport 

4.Benefit & Duty

   ○ Selected applicants can and must participate in all scheduled events organized by the

     hosts from November 23 (Sat.) to 25 (Mon.)

○ Selected applicants with non Bruneian Nationality will be offered accommodations

     (twin-bed room shared with another participant) for 4 nights at the FLY main

     hotel from November 22 (Fri.) to 26 (Tue.) and per diem.

        *Flight fare should be covered by the participants.
